[Practical life] Correct use and maintenance of disinfection cabinet
Date:2023-02-21Disinfection cupboards have not entered the home for a long time, and consumers may encounter one or another problems when using them. There are several points that need special attention: the used tableware must be cleaned first, and then put into the disinfection cabinet after wiping the water dry. Tableware that cannot bear high temperature must be put into the low temperature layer. Other tableware can be put into the low temperature layer, and can be disinfected after closing the cabinet door. Do not open the cabinet door during disinfection to avoid high temperature burns. After a period of use, the inside and outside surfaces of the cabinet should be cleaned regularly to keep the disinfection cabinet clean and sanitary. Disinfection is specially produced for disinfection of kitchen utensils. Other things cannot be put into the disinfection cabinet for disinfection to avoid danger. The washed tableware must be wiped or dried before it can be put into the disinfection cabinet. The infrared heating tube is electrified and heated, and the temperature in the cabinet rises to 200 ° C-300 ° C to achieve the purpose of disinfection. At the same time, the moisture in the cabinet is removed, so that the metal parts in the cabinet will not be affected by moisture and oxidation. Some users put the tableware with water in the cabinet and do not often power on, which causes the electrical components and metal surfaces of the disinfection cabinet to be wet and oxidized, and the contact resistance appears at the infrared heating tube socket, which is easy to burn the tube socket or other components, and shortens the service life of the disinfection cabinet. Some users use less and idle disinfection cabinets for various reasons, but the correct use method is to disinfect them once every 1-2 days by powering on, which not only serves the purpose of disinfection, but also extends their service life. Pay attention to the following points in daily use:
1. The tableware should be washed and drained before being put into the disinfection cupboard for disinfection, which can shorten the disinfection time and reduce the consumption of electric energy.
2. Plastic and other high-temperature resistant tableware should not be placed in the lower high-temperature disinfection cabinet, but should be placed in the upper ozone disinfection low-temperature disinfection cabinet for disinfection to avoid damage to tableware.
3. Colored porcelain utensils put into the disinfection cabinet will release harmful substances and endanger human health. Because ceramic bowls, plates, vats, pots and bowls, etc., contain toxic heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in their glaze and pigments. Usually, these substances are relatively stable, but they are easy to overflow when encountering high temperatures. The internal temperature of the disinfection cabinet can be as high as 200 ℃ under working condition. Frequently placing food in these sterilized colored porcelain will pollute the food and endanger health.
4. Bowls, dishes, cups and other tableware should be placed vertically on the shelf, preferably not stacked, for ventilation and disinfection as soon as possible.
5. When using the ozone disinfection cabinet, pay attention to whether the ozone generator works normally. If you can't hear the squeak of high-voltage discharge or see the discharge blue light, it means that the ozone generator may have a fault and should be repaired in time.
6. The disinfection cabinet should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and should not be less than 30cm away from the wall.
7. Do not open the door when it is not necessary during disinfection to avoid affecting the effect.
8. After disinfection, the effect will be better if it is taken again after ten minutes. When you open the cabinet door, a small amount of ozone odor overflows. This concentration is not harmful to human health. Please rest assured.
9. The water in the water collecting box at the lower end of the cabinet body should be wiped clean at regular intervals.
