E. For time adjustment, the clock adopts the 24-hour system. After pressing the (clock) key for 3 seconds, the clock flashes and enters the time adjustment process. At this time, press the (time adjustment) key to adjust the hour position, and press the (minute adjustment) key to adjust the minute position. After stopping the adjustment for 5 seconds, it will automatically exit the adjustment state.
4. Precautions for use of disinfection cabinet
(1) Before use, please confirm that the installation is in place and reliable, whether the cabinet door is fully pushed to the bottom, cut off the nylon tie on the shelf, and remove the corresponding protective film.
(2) Make sure that the cabinet door is closed before the disinfection cabinet can work, otherwise there will be ozone leakage or ultraviolet radiation and high temperature burns.
(3) The upper ozone ultraviolet disinfection does not have the drying function. The cabinet door can only be opened after the upper work cycle ends for 10 minutes and the lower work cycle ends for 20 minutes to avoid ozone leakage or high temperature burns.
(4) Do not put towels, shoes and non-tableware into the disinfection cabinet for disinfection.
(5) If ozone leakage is found during use, it should be stopped immediately and professional personnel should be notified for maintenance.
(6) After washing the tableware, please pour the water on the surface before putting it into the cabinet and put it on the shelf for one time. Finally, close the cabinet door. Be careful not to put the tableware too tightly, so as not to affect the disinfection effect.
(7) Do not put tableware made of heat-resistant materials such as plastic on the lower layer for high-temperature disinfection; The lower layer is equipped with exhaust holes. Please pay attention not to block the rear exhaust pipe.
(8) If it is found that the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet lamp tube can be seen directly without any transparent object (such as glass) during use, it should be stopped immediately and the professional personnel should be notified for maintenance.
(9) The surface of ultraviolet light tube and heating tube is made of glass and has poor impact resistance. Pay attention to avoid collision during use and cleaning to avoid damage; In case of damage, the ultraviolet light tube with the same power and wavelength and the heating tube with the same power must be replaced.
(10) The power plug must be unplugged or cut off before maintenance.
(11) If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with special cord or special components purchased from its manufacturer or maintenance department.
5. Cleaning and maintenance of disinfection cabinet
(1) Precautions: When cleaning the disinfection cabinet, please shut down the machine and unplug the power plug. Clean the cabinet after it cools down. Do not use gasoline, alcohol and other solvent detergent, which will cause discoloration and surface paint cracking of the disinfection cabinet.
(2) Door cleaning: wipe off the residual detergent with a soft cloth soaked with neutral detergent.
(3) It is forbidden to wash the disinfection cabinet with water.
